All of it began with our ancestors, who were destined to predict the future as valluvars for the wealthy and royals in particular the Pallava Kings they served. Even though all valluvars were intended to be priests in some way, their only true ancestors designed to perform these. Many people quit the profession because of the low and uncertain income it offered and pursued other career paths over this.
A very dedicated and passionate, but poor father passed on this knowledge to his exuberant son at an early age, hoping that this holy practice wouldn't fade away in time, but the child thought that only the wealthy and royalty are the ones who are entitled to this privilege as everyone else had karma, or the purpose of life to achieve and the many issues that surround the subject, he was unsure what the reason they only got this privilege over others numerous times through adulthood.
That's where it all began , the concept of making this holy service available to everyone regardless of colour, background or race, as well as ethnicity. Similar to Guruji. S.R Thamilvendhan began to travel through various parts of India and made predictions to anyone who needed and sought him out.
This was not the way it was prior to when the wisdom and skill was so hidden that only their own children would have the knowledge passed down to. Therefore, all his cousins and other siblings who had the potential learned and were trained under his guidance and sufficient experience, began working under him as well.
